Chinese Biodiesel IPO

We are told that on Wednesday, December 19th here in the US (market conditions permitting) there will be an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of the largest biodiesel producer in China. If there is one country besides the US that needs lots of clean-burning, sustainable fuel it is China, where the use of cars and trucks will grow exponentially for the next 20 years.
